Jason Cook, born October 1995, Cardiff. He is currently a final year student artist in Cardiff. Jason Studied at the University of South Wales in Trefforest under Fine Art and later Cardiff metropolitan university in Landaff, also under Fine Art.
Jason’s working practice entails thoughts like Desire and Greed and Anguish and Harmony. Painting as of late seems the most suitable to communicate. Jason makes use of the traditional stretcher to display his revolt, that is both symbolic against his perceived stature and of his and many others and their current situations. Jason is driven to make art for both selfish reasons and also sinister ones. Art is a powerful object and can bring change but also may answer questions of the unknown strictly regarding mortality, curiosity and beyond. Making artwork is like religious experience.
