Just right started production as another painting. Once entering the studio to see the partly complete prepped painting I saw it for what it was. It needed to be bold and it needed to be red. It just felt right. I felt like I hadn’t had a painting that was really bold yet and I needed something that grabbed a lot of attention. The painting that I was producing was:

This painting became something… it never started life as but became. This is a newly found feature in my work thing are becoming more accepted but not because I cannot restrict or control but because it work and needs to be there. It feels right and falls inline with my statements and becomes a process of learning through experiance.
